Having trouble signing-in to the X-Analytics application? We may have the fix you need.
The user ID is always your email address. If you have more than one email address, please check with your X-Analytics application admin.
Your X-Analytics application admin is someone in your organization that was assigned admin privileges to the X-Analytics application. This person can tell you the email address that was configured to your ID or can reset your email address.
If your forgot your password, then please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Select Forgot Your Password
Within the X-Analytics login page, please select Forgot your password?.
Step 2: Select Forgot Your Password
Within the Forgot your password? page, please enter your email address, and select Get New Password.
Step 3: Follow Email Instruction
After selecting Get New Password, you will receive an email message with instruction on how to reset your password.
Follow the instructions within the email message.
