John Frazzini

President and CEO

John Frazzini brings more than 20 years’ experience as a cyber-risk innovator to his role as president and CEO of SSIC. John combines his rich and varied risk experience—including cybercrime investigations, cyber threat intelligence, artificial intelligence-based security applications, and cyber-attack simulation technology—with his entrepreneurial drive to bring forward new concepts that address today’s ever-changing cyber challenges. Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, John served as a federal law enforcement officer. At the U.S. Secret Service, John was responsible for the agency’s Washington D.C. Electronic Crimes Task Force, as well as developing the Electronic Crimes Task Force under the USA Patriot Act. As an investigator for the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, John focused on emerging Internet-based crimes, systemic government program fraud, and criminal exploitation of technology. He is also a senior fellow alumnus of the GW Center for Cyber and Homeland Security at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Robert Vescio

Robert (Bob) Vescio is recognized as one of the industry’s foremost experts in the area of cyber-risk economics. Bringing more than 20 years of experience to his role at SSIC, Bob is responsible for the creation and development of X-Analytics®, the company’s proprietary, patented method for measuring and modeling cyber risk. Previously, Bob served as global director of Verizon’s Advanced Security Services, Verizon’s Security Management Program, and Verizon’s MSS Client Services Team. In his tenure, he was responsible for pre-sales support, product management, service delivery and operations, quality and assurance, risk modeling, and executive sponsorship.

Thomas Lyden

Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives

Thomas Lydenclose

With more than 20 years’ experience across both U.S. government and commercial customers, Thomas Lyden is a recognized cyber security senior leader. In his role at SSIC, Tom builds and maintains executive-level client relationships and provides strategic counsel to ensure customer success. Previously at EY (Ernst & Young), Tom held a senior role within the cyber practice, including supporting the creation of its cyber economics competency. As a vice president at SAIC, Tom led the commercial and FedCivil cyber division, overseeing three lines of business: cyber threat management, security operations, and product testing and evaluation.

Denson Todd

Director, Cyber Risk Services

Denson Todd brings more than 10 years of experience managing security teams and developing holistic threat and vulnerability management programs. As the director of cyber risk services at SSIC, Denson is a driving force behind the strategy and execution of X-Analytics®, the company’s proprietary, patented method for measuring and modeling risk. Before joining SSIC, Denson managed the threat, vulnerability, and intelligence team at Verizon. He has authored and contributed to industry recognized research, including the Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR) and the Vocabulary for Event Recording and Incident Sharing (VERIS).

Brianna Carroll Boyle

In her role as vice president of communications at SSIC, Brianna Carroll Boyle is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s integrated communications, marketing, and public relations strategy to advance corporate goals. With more than 10 years of cybersecurity experience, Brianna has a wide range of expertise across multiple disciplines including communications, product marketing, product management, and public relations. Previously at Verizon, Brianna was responsible for the complete product lifecycle of enterprise cyber risk products. Prior to Verizon, Brianna leveraged her public relations and marketing expertise to help numerous technology and security companies successfully execute against their communication strategies and position them for launches, acquisitions, and IPOs.

Kyle Ferguson

Vice President, Business Development

As the vice president of business development at SSIC, Kyle Ferguson is responsible for global corporate expansion. In this role, he is responsible for developing and managing SSIC’s customer acquisition strategy both domestically and internationally. He also ensures that all business teams and functions are aligned with corporate strategy. Kyle brings a technical and financial mindset to SSIC’s leadership team by drawing on his former roles as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and insurance industry subject matter expert. Kyle has emerged as an innovative thought leader on the topic of cyber insurance and advanced cyber risk measurement.
